the Birthday Weekend.

We had Ryan's birthday this weekend and had a blast. It started out on Thursday, his actual birthday and continued until Sunday afternoon. On Saturday morning we went to Incredible Pizza and had a party there. The kids had food and cake and ice cream and games galore. We stayed there about 4 hours while they played all the games they could stand. We went back to the house when they got tired of playing games, and they tried out Ryan's new pogo stick he got from his grandma. They all had a great time and had fun. they played on the skateboard game he got and just went from outside to inside all day long. We cooked out on the grill in the evening and more friends from the church came over. Children spilled out all over the yard and the house. Everyone ate and played more games. After awhile most everyone left but Ryan's best friend,he spent the night. They played video games all night and were very tired for church the next day. We got home from church and they played some more . Around 5 Ryan's friend went home and Ryan fell asleep by 7. I really think he had a great time.

new pictures

I am posting a few pictures I took around the house. This is my new camera a Nikon. I am not completely happy with it and am thinking about getting a cannon rebel. My friend has one and I really like it. I can't figure out how to turn the picture of Ryan around yet. This is his last field trip with his Bear Cub Scout troup. he goes into Webalos today!! The big 10 years old!!

Hello all, I had a great weekend of doing nothing. I am getting bored with facebook and trying something different. I think I will try posting some pictures later in the week of things around here. I take care of a beautiful little girl during the week so i am very busy with her, but will try to see what i can do. I would like to get everyone involved in blogging so that we can keep in touch with out farmville and the like interrupting us. I will see how it goes.

Hello Everyone, This is my first attempt at blogging so it will be short and sweet until I get the hang of it. i am happily married and have one son. We live in San Antonio, Tx. Life is good . Today was an awesome day at church and we are looking forward to Ryan's birthday this coming week. The big 10!!! pictures will follow.
